GFA was established in August 2012 under the name Renaissance Surveying (RICS firm reference number 726461). In early-mid 2014 Renaissance Surveying was de-registered in favour of a shorter domain name and is now registered with the RICS as GFA, firm reference number 748071. GFA is owned and managed solely by George Fryd as sole trader or sole practitioner. George is close to his status as a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and is currently studying his graduate diploma in law (GDL), part-time, at the University of Law in London.
GFA offers Party Wall Services with George as the single point of contact and named surveyor. GFA currently holds professional indemnity insurance to the level of £1,000,000.
All enquiries regarding the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, Contract Administration, Dilapidations, Building Surveying and other work relating to construction management, project management and surveying are welcomed, where such instructions can’t necessarily be handled in house the work may be outsourced to a larger consultancy.
George Fryd has years of experience in handling matters relevant to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. George has over 10 years experience in the construction and property industry, having worked for a range of regional and local consultancies as well as various major contracting organisations, small-medium contractors and property developers.
